Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Acaia products in their original retail box, ensuring all cables, calibration weights, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
